Guest Guidelines

Prohibited Items:

The following items are not allowed in the Rosicrucian Egyptian Museum:

• Backpacks or luggage
• Tripods and selfie sticks
• You may bring water only if it is in a secure bottle. All other liquids are prohibited.
• Food, but you may eat in Rosicrucian Park before or after your visit
• No pets. Service dogs are welcome.
• Any other item that could put guests or the collection at risk at the sole discretion of museum staff

Conduct:

The following behaviors will not be tolerated at the Rosicrucian Egyptian Museum or Rosicrucian Park:

• Inappropriate, discriminatory, or threatening language
• Smoking, vaping, drug use, and/or tobacco use of any kind is not allowed
• Any behavior that puts guests or the collection at risk
• No amplified music
• No sitting in stairways or emergency exits

Photography/Video:

No flash photography or video is allowed. Photos may be taken for personal or educational use only and should not be used for commercial purposes. We reserve the right to withhold or withdraw permission to take photos in the Rosicrucian Egyptian Museum.

Unaccompanied Minors:

Youth (17 and under) must be accompanied by an adult (18+).

Refund Policy:

All sales are final. This includes tickets, memberships, or any other product.
